"do not work with them if you are looking for a solicitor. I would give zero stars if I could. We had a traffic accident and found this place from google. We went there, we talked to a guy and he looked reliable. we gave all of our documents from hospital and they did nothing for months and they had zero communication with the insurance agency, so that they kept calling us to get documents. we got another letter from a solicitor in the UK because our solicitor wasn’t doing anything about the case. months later, we got a letter that says our solicitor denied that we were their customer. we later found out that our case was given to someone else and that person didn’t know anything about it. Later on someone reached us to ask for the documents again. we told him that we already signed a document, they already scanned everything. He got angry with us for saying that and threatened us with leaving the case. He asked for hospital reports from UK but it’s really difficult to get appointment here so insurance company informed us that someone was going to come to check. Nobody came. new solicitor also increased the percentage he was going to get but we already agreed on it in the beginning. Unfortunately at this point we were already so frustrated with this place and the process so we accepted it and sent the documents again, just waited for the results to come to leave this comment as we didn’t want to be threatened again. I don’t know how they deal with other cases but if you are facing a serious situation like us, I would never ever reccomend this place. Find a serious place."

"I called the first time. The first lawyer tells me that he can't listen to me because he has to go on vacation from the next day. He asks me to call in ten minutes so I can talk to his colleague. I call after 10 minutes but the colleague is on a coffee break. They ask me to call back. After 10 minutes, I still call back again but the colleague has left. They said 'give me the phone and we'll get back to you as soon as he gets back'. Two days have passed. I recommend calling the police because apparently the colleague has never returned, perhaps he has been kidnapped. Bad service"
